Resolved Question: How much would it hurt to get a inner wrist tattoo?

I'm kind of new to the whole piercing and tattoo thing, i only have my nose and ear lobe pierced. i'm not very sure on my pain tolerance, but when i got my nose pierced it didn't hurt at all it was like a little pinch. - How painful would it be to get a star(not filled in) P.Y.T and another star on my inner wrist? - When is the best time of the year to get it done? - Anybody in the Niles, MI or South Bend, IN know how much it might cost? *Please no "don't get one you'll regret it" answer. i was told that about my nose piercing but i still love it a year later (i know what some ppl are saying a year is to short to find out if you really love it or not but i still love it as much as i loved it when i got it done. *i'm not being rude but please no comments about michael jackson either, i'm a huge fan and P.Y.T is my fav song.
